The confusion about construction activities being “essential” or “exempt” is compounded by working across different counties and states as governments attempt to deal with this unprecedented event.
LCM has completed work to secure the safety and watertight status of all our ongoing projects as of today, Monday, March 31, 2020, and to ensure this work remains secure through the next 30 to 60 days, exempting “Acts-of-God” and other extraordinary weather or societal events.

To ensure everyone remains as safe as possible LCM Builders, Inc. has made the difficult decision to stop work on all active sites until such time as local, state or federal governments rescind Stay At Home/Quarantine orders.
